Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using pinRangeGolf ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

pinRangeGolf is a golf yardage tracking application that allows users to log shots, build yardage cards, and analyze their distances. The Service is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis in Canadian dollars (CAD).
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel at any time through the billing portal in Settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
• Prices may change with 30 days notice.

5. Free Plan Limitations

The free plan is limited to 5 clubs and 10 shots per club. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
• Share account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the Service

7. Data and Ownership

You own your shot data. We will not share, sell, or use your personal golf data for any purpose other than providing the Service. You may export or delete your data at any time by contacting us.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. pinRangeGolf is not responsible for decisions made based on yardage data in the app.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pinRangeGolf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Ontario, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
